Standard Job Start

Step 1   Go to job site at scheduled time.

Step 2   Call your call center to be placed on-line with Cisco VISE. Refer to task # assigned to this call.

Step 3   Check-in with the site contact. Record the contact's name and number.

Step 4   Verify parts arrival and check parts (if applicable).

Step 5   Contact main contact or Network Operations Center.

Step 5a  Confirm network problem.

Step 5b  Record contact name and direct call back number.

Step 5c  Receive passwords.

Note:   If you are denied the passwords, contact Cisco VISE for assistance.

Step 5d  Obtain authorization to take the box down (if applicable).

Step 5e  Estimate time needed to bring box back on-line.

Step 6  Once you have received verification from Cisco VISE personnel, proceed with work.
