For forgotten EST and CCO usernames and/or passwords:

  • CCO Account:
    • To retrieve your CCO account information, Use the Password Management Tool. The CCO Server will confirm that there is a CCO account associated with your E-Mail address (Note: the email address is case sensitive), then reset your CCO password and send an immediate reply with your CCO account information. This reply should be seen within a few minutes.
    • If you don't receive a reply from CCO, or if you receive a reply telling you there is more than one CCO Account associated with your E-Mail address, you need to speak with a Cisco Customer Service Agent via phone and have them reset your CCO password. Be certain they reset the CCO password for the account you have used to complete EST Qualification exams.
    • After your CCO account password has been reset, you can follow these instructions to revise your CCO password to a value that is easier to remember:
      • Go to http://www.cisco.com
      • Click the Log In link at the top of the page
        • This will require that you enter your CCO Username and password
      • Click the Profile link that will be near where the Log In link was
        • This will require that you enter your CCO Username and password again
      • Click the Change Password tab near the top/right of the page
        • Revise your CCO password as desired
  • EST Account:
    • To retrieve your EST account password, go to the EST Login page and click the Forgot password? link
      • This will require entry of your E-Mail address, and the EST Server will send your EST account information to that E-Mail address

Trouble seeing EST Exam Results:

Please be aware that EST Qualification exam statistics are not posted immediately after you complete your exam. The results are posted the following day at approximately 0900GMT-7 (PDT).

If you have waited an appropriate amount of time, and you still do not see your exam results, please be certain that your EST Username is the SAME as your CCO Username. EST and CCO Passwords should not be the same, but Usernames MUST be the same.

To change your EST Username to be the same as your CCO Username:

  • Access EST Login at http://www-tss.cisco.com.
  • Click Update Your Profile on the left navigation bar.
  • Revise the CCO Username that is associated with your EST account.
    • This will also change your EST Username to the same value, and force you to login to the EST site again. Once you do, you will see exams completed with the updated CCO Username.
  • If you have completed EST Qualification exams with more than one CCO account, you will need to contact E-Service Training via E-Mail to request that we combine your EST Exams into the one CCO account you are going to use.
