Are you having problems signing in or accessing your EST account? Select from the list of common problems below and follow the instructions provided.
1. I am a new user.
Review Account Requirements before you try to access E-Service Training (EST) and exams.
2. I forgot my EST username and/or EST password.
If you forgot your EST username or EST password, request those items - Look Up Password or via E-Mail gps-elab-admins@cisco.com, we can email it to you.
3. I forgot my CCO username and/or CCO password to take an exam.
Use the Password Management Tool to reset your CCO password and to retrieve the CCO username that is associated with your registered email address (Note: the email address is case sensitive). See Account Requirements for additional information.
4. I want to change my EST password.
Go to Change your EST password.
5. I want to change my CCO password.
Follow these instructions to revise your CCO password.
- Go to http://www.cisco.com
- Click the Log In link at the top of the page. This will require that you enter your CCO Username and password.
- Click the Profile link that will be near where the Log In link was. This will require that you enter your CCO Username and password again.
- Click the Change Password tab near the top/right of the page
- Revise your CCO password as desired
6. I forgot my confirmation number and need to confirm my registration.
Your confirmation number is automatically sent to you by e-mail. You may automatically confirm your registration by clicking the confirmation URL in the email. You may also retrieve your confirmation number and confirm your EST registration by accessing the EST Registration Confirm form. You will then be able to log in to EST site (E-Learning, VHO, E-Lab and EST Qualification exams).
8. I need more assistance.
Send your request to Cisco E-Service Admins team and we will answer your request as soon as possible.
