Cisco E-Service Training
EST Registration Process
|
To access the E-Service Training (EST) program components and take EST Qualification Program exams, you need two separate accounts.
- The Cisco.com (CCO) account is required to take an EST Qualification exam.
- The EST account is required to access EST items (E-Lab, E-Learning, VHO courses and EST Qualification Exam links).
Please note:Your CCO account username MUST be the same as your EST username, so the EST system can recognize exams you have passed.
EST Registration is available ONLY to Cisco Third Party Maintainer (TPM) Field engineers, Cisco employees and Cisco Outsource TAC engineers. The EST site is NOT available to the general public.
To register your EST Account:
- You MUST have a Cisco.com (CCO) account before registering your EST account. If you do not have a Cisco.com account, please access the Cisco.com Registration site.
- On the first page of EST Registration, enter your company email address so we can confirm your eligibility for EST registration. When you click the Submit button, the EST Registration form appears.
- Complete the EST Registration form and click the Submit button. An e-mail will be automatically sent to you that contains your confirmation number.
- After you receive the confirmation number, either click the confirmation link or return to the EST Registration Confirmation page to enter your confirmation number.
- On the EST Registration Confirmation page, provide your EST username and confirmation number to complete your registration. You will then be able to login to the E-Service Training site.
- The first time you login to the EST system, the system will ask your CCO username to confirm your CCO username is the same as your registered EST username.
- Login to the EST system using your new EST username (same as your CCO username) to access the EST training program.
